Viewing the business not as an organization, but as an organism. Then, the task of recruitment is simplified to simply identifying, selecting and placing those who mirror the organization/organism is one way or another viz-a-vis the past, present and future.

 The bible is a loaded book with 66 different books containing so many stories, commandments, instructions, doctrines, prophecies, etc. As a Christian, we try to live by obeying the injunctions of the bible.
